Cumberland Early Intervention Program
CEIP is a family centered organization that serves children with special needs and their families in their homes and communities. Through education, advocacy and partnerships it promotes potential and builds a positive view of the future. CEIP serves Cumberland County families with children ages birth to school entry who are developmentally delayed or are at risk for delay.

In 2010 the Cumberland District Masonic Association decided to get involved with our district by supporting CEIP (the Cumberland Early Intervention Program). This came about after Erin Perry, the CEIP’s acting Executive Director, had been invited to give a talk at our November 20th District Meeting by our then DDGM, R.W. Bro. Alan Linkletter. The district lodges decided that this organization would indeed be a very worth while recipient of our financial aid. Thus it was that over the ensuing months the lodges quickly came on board with numerous generous donations.
In July of 2011 we were very happy to present CEIP with a cheque for $10,000. Please check out the article under District News.
Now that we are moving on into the 2011-2012 masonic season we have decided to continue with CEIP as one of our main charities. The district brotherhood is working on future fund raising events and as the information becomes available it will be posted here on our Cumberland District Masonic Association's website.
We are very happy to be able to help support such a worth while program. This is a brotherly way of showing others our concern for our community and to let prospective new members see what it means to be a mason.
